Adam Stolz is an associate in LashGoldberg’s Miami office. His practice focuses on complex business litigation, employment litigation and health care litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During his clerkship, Adam addressed complex issues in civil and criminal matters through trial and worked on appeals before the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to his clerkship, Adam worked on high-stakes class action and sophisticated civil matters at a boutique litigation firm.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as Managing Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Adam served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose Martinez, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College. Adam also volunteers as a coach for the University of Miami School of Law’s Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board.
For their efforts in giving back to the community, Adam and the firm were recognized for the ESG/Impact award, as part of the ALM/Daily Business Review's 2024 Legal Awards.
