Annette Urena Tucker is a partner in LashGoldberg’s Fort Lauderdale office. Her practice focuses on healthcare litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Annette has a broad range of litigation and trial experience in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. Annette has defended and prosecuted complex business cases through every stage of the litigation process involving real estate disputes, contract disputes, legal and accounting malpractice, securities, director and officer liability, insurance disputes, bankruptcy matters, and business torts. She has also represented clients in numerous appeals before Florida state district courts of appeal and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, among other appellate courts. Annette has also defended clients in high profile securities class actions, including managing a large investigative team reviewing an alleged nationwide Ponzi scheme.
Annette received her Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where she received numerous academic awards, and was a member of the Trial Team, the Student Bar Association, and the Hispanic Student Association.
Annette is admitted to practice in Florida and South Carolina.
