Lynnette Cortes Mhatre is a senior counsel in LashGoldberg’s Fort Lauderdale office. Lynnette is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and government enforcement actions, the financial and healthcare sectors, internal investigations, and False Claims Act, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback cases. Lynnette has represented individuals and companies in federal and state judicial proceedings, as well as before the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to joining LashGoldberg, Lynnette practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, representing Fortune 500 clients in high stakes complex commercial litigation, government enforcement actions and investigations, and arbitrations.
Lynnette is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she served as the Submissions Editor of the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law. Lynnette graduated from Harvard University, where she received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in English Literature and Language.
