Michael Strauch is a partner in LashGoldberg’s Miami office. He is a seasoned trial lawyer with significant experience handling sophisticated, complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Strauch was a partner at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig.
Mr. Strauch’s practice consists of representing businesses and high net worth individuals in complex commercial disputes involving healthcare, finance, real estate, banking and lending, business transactions, and other high-stakes and sensitive commercial matters. Mr. Strauch guides his corporate and individual clients - including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, leading healthcare companies, regional, national and international banking institutions, technology entrepreneurs, business leaders, and real estate investors - in formulating strategies to anticipate and effectively resolve their business disputes, in federal and state court, as well as in arbitrations.
Mr. Strauch received his law degree cum laude from The University of Miami School of Law, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Business Law Review and was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. He received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Criminology and Criminal Justice from University of Maryland, where he also earned his master’s degree. While in graduate school, Mr. Strauch served as a research assistant on a widely-publicized study of the death penalty and served as a research assistant for a university-affiliated drug and health research organization.
Among his professional activities, Mr. Strauch volunteers as an attorney ad litem for children in the foster care system.
