William E. Baldwin

William Baldwin is a senior associate in LashGoldberg’s Miami office. His practice focuses on complex commercial and health care litigation in arbitration, state, and federal courts. Will has significant experience managing all types of sophisticated business litigation and regulatory matters, including those involving M&A disputes, employment and restrictive covenants, payer-provider reimbursement disputes, and healthcare fraud.  He was recognized by his peers in the 2022 and 2023 Editions of The Best Lawyers In America®: Ones to Watch. 

Will is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he received the Dean’s Distinguished Scholarship and Lockhart Scholarship for Leadership. He was a member of the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court Team and Intercollegiate Trial Team.

Will received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Purdue University.
