Attorney Michael Strauch Joins Lash & Goldberg LLP
MIAMI, FL. (Feb. 1, 2022) – Lash & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Michael Strauch has joined the firm’s Miami office as a Partner. Mr. Strauch joins Lash & Goldberg LLP from Greenberg Traurig in Miami, where he handled commercial, finance, real estate, and banking disputes. At Lash & Goldberg LLP , Mr. Strauch will focus his practice on complex business litigation.

Mr. Strauch has represented businesses, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, leading financial institutions, and loan servicing companies in an array of high-value and sophisticated litigation. His experience includes litigating business disputes in both state and federal court, collaborating with clients to develop and refine individualized litigation strategies, and seeking to help clients define and pursue their legal and business objectives.
Prior to joining Lash & Goldberg LLP , Mr. Strauch served as a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s litigation practice group and handled a wide array of complex litigation matters while previously practicing at other highly regarded firms. In 2010, he was named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.
Mr. Strauch is a Member of The Florida Bar and served as a member of The Florida Bar Code and Rules of Evidence Committee, including as a Committee Secretary and Vice-Chair of the Legislative Relations Committee. He has also served on the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's Banking and Finance Committee and was a director of the charitable tennis organization First Serve Miami. He has also served as a mentor on the Dade County Bar Association's Minority Bar Passage Program.
Mr. Strauch earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. He also holds a M.A. and a B.A. summa cum laude in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
