Attorney Thomas Geeker Joins LashGoldberg

MIAMI, FL. (February 13, 2025) – LashGoldberg is pleased to announce that attorney Thomas Geeker has joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Geeker primarily focuses his practice on complex business litigation, healthcare litigation, and internal investigations.

Mr. Geeker’s practice focuses on high-stakes legal matters, including complex commercial disputes, class action litigation, and government investigations. He has represented clients across various industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare, where he has provided strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, operational disputes, and other legal challenges. In addition to his healthcare work, Mr. Geeker has experience in conducting internal investigations and guiding clients through sensitive legal inquiries and regulatory matters. His practice also spans alternative dispute resolution, employment litigation, and white-collar criminal defense, focusing on issues related to the False Claims Act.

LashGoldberg is a Florida-based law firm focused on representing business interests in litigation matters throughout the United States. Before joining LashGoldberg, Mr. Geeker was an associate at a top AM Law 200 global litigation firm in Miami, where he gained experience working on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. He also served as a law clerk to The Honorable K. Michael Moore in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Geeker is a magna cum laude graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as Lead Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. During law school, he also completed a judicial externship with The Honorable Michael F. Urbanski in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Thomas holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Politics from Washington and Lee University, where he was recognized with the Washington and Lee Scholar-Athlete Award and named to the ODAC All-Academic Team.
